Step 1: Create a new document in A4 size.
Step 2:
Create the line stroke by click Line Segment Tool from Tools.
Step 3: Transform Effect
Go to Effect -> Distort&Transform -> Transform
Angle : 7
Copies: 25
Change the color of the strokes to #00A79D
Step 4: Copy and Transform
Go to Effect -> Distort&Transform -> ZigZag
Size: 1.76 mm
Ridges per segment: 4
Points: Smooth
Copy 1: Make a copy of the Stroke (Cmd+C/ Ctrl + C) and Paste in front (Cmd+F / Ctrl+F)
Change the color of the stroke by changing HSB as below.
Continue the same and create 4 copies of original
Step 5:
Select all and go to Object -> Expand Appearance
Then go to Object ->Path -> Simplify
Curve Precision: 69%
Select all and ungroup it (Cmd+Shift+G)/(Ctrl+Shift+G)
Step 6:
Go to Object -> Transform -> Transform Each
Size Horizontal & Vertical: 70%
Angle: 32
Options: Select Transform Objects & Patterns, Random
Press Cmd+G/ Ctrl+G to group all
Step 7:Eye Background Creation
Create a Circle(L) filled with Gradient as below.
Note: Press Shift+Alt for draw a circle from the center
Transparency mode as Hue and adjust the HSB for better color.
Step 8:
Draw a small circle(L) in the center and apply a below gradient to get a vibrant outline.
Draw another small circles with below gradient and set transparency mode as Screen.
We are now done our vibrant Eye Iris & Pupil.
