How to draw nice vector illustration of Eye Iris Pupil in Adobe Illustrator

Here's a tutorial on how to create an engraved eye illustration from Stock in Adobe Illustrator

Step 1: Create a new document in A4 size.



Step 2:

Create the line stroke by click Line Segment Tool from Tools.



Step 3: Transform Effect

Go to Effect -> Distort&Transform -> Transform

Angle : 7

Copies: 25

Change the color of the strokes to #00A79D




Step 4: Copy and Transform

Go to Effect -> Distort&Transform -> ZigZag

Size: 1.76 mm

Ridges per segment: 4

Points: Smooth

Copy 1: Make a copy of the Stroke (Cmd+C/ Ctrl + C) and Paste in front (Cmd+F / Ctrl+F)

Change the color of the stroke by changing HSB as below.

Continue the same and create 4 copies of original






Step 5:

Select all and go to Object -> Expand Appearance

Then go to Object ->Path -> Simplify
                                              Curve Precision: 69%

Select all and ungroup it (Cmd+Shift+G)/(Ctrl+Shift+G)



Step 6:

Go to Object -> Transform -> Transform Each

Size Horizontal & Vertical: 70%

Angle: 32

Options: Select Transform Objects & Patterns, Random

Press Cmd+G/ Ctrl+G to group all



Step 7:Eye Background Creation

Create a Circle(L) filled with Gradient as below.

Note: Press Shift+Alt for draw a circle from the center

Transparency mode as Hue and adjust the HSB for better color.






Step 8: 

Draw a small circle(L) in the center and apply a below gradient to get a vibrant outline.

Draw another small circles with below gradient and set transparency mode as Screen.

We are now done our vibrant Eye Iris & Pupil.

How to Create your own Fabric Texture vector art in Adobe Illustrator

When you have a garment, you may wish to add textures to make the fabric look more realistic, this design tutorial tutorial will show you how to apply fabric effects in Adobe Illustrator.

Step 1: Create a new document in A4 size



Step 2: Create the Background

Pick the Rectangle Tool (M). From the toolbar remove the color from the stroke and then select the fill and set its color to #278981. Move to your art-board and create an W: 297 mm H:210 mm rectangle.

Step 3: Appearance Panel 

Step 3 (a): Film Grain Effect:

Select the rectangle and click the Appearance panel from the window option. You can able to see the stroke and fill option here.

Create a new fill by clicking Add new fill button and change the fill color to black.

Click fx button to add new effect to the fill.

Add New Effect -> Artistic -> Film Grain

Film Grain:-    Grain: 20
                       Highlight Area: 0
                       Intensity: 0

Opacity Panel:-    Multiply
                            Opacity: 25%

Step 3 (b): Grain Effect Horizontal:

Duplicate the first fill layer by clicking Duplicate the selected layer option in Appearance panel.

Move it above the black layer(4)

Click fx button to add new effect to the fill.

Add New Effect -> Texture -> Grain

Film Grain:- Intensity: 40
                     Contrast: 10
                     Grain Type: Horizontal
                     
Opacity Panel:- Overlay
                          Opacity: 35%

Step 3 (c): Grain Effect Vertical:

Duplicate the first fill layer by clicking Duplicate the selected layer option in Appearance panel.

Film Grain:- Intensity: 40
                     Contrast: 10
                     Grain Type: Vertical
                     
Opacity Panel:- Overlay
                          Opacity: 35%

Now our Fabric Texture is ready!


Step 4: Add to the Graphic Styles

Select the rectangle and click the Graphic Styles from the window option. 

Select New Graphic Style and give Style name.

Click OK.

Click Save Graphic Style Library and save the selected graphics.

Now you can open this graphic style under User Defined.
